Working closely with the client, the existing dark and small Californian bungalow was transformed into a stunningly warm, light filled, spacious home. The extension produced dramatic living, dining and kitchen spaces, bringing warmth and the delights of tactility to the details.

Looking after both the architecture and interior design, a connected design was achieved, highlighted by the fine craftsmanship in the warm timber finishes inside and out, the high positioning of glass permitting light deep into the interior, and the dynamic spaces created by the high ceilings grounded by the full height stone fireplace.
