We were engaged to design 2 “gateway” office towers, to compliment the overall master plan of this development. Located in an IT Business Precinct, this site acts as a key marker at the end of a major road axis and the last major site in the precinct.

The next generation office towers have side cores, providing large flexible floor plates, adaptable to change and highly desirable for the BPO office market, popular in east asia.

Central to the design are the inclusion of 2 parks, that sweep through and connect the towers, creating quiet respites from the often busy and hectic city environment. A dramatic 3 storey canopy connects the 2 towers creating an active urban retail plaza for the community.
