The architecture of 4 townhouses in Dolphin Street Randwick, is a modern take on the traditional cottage house following the pitched roofs of the adjacent houses. Materials and colours reflect the local area including the sandstone base of the building complimenting the heritage wall located in the landscape opposite the site. A steep slope to the north provided the opportunity to terrace the townhouses to reduce the buildings bulk and create balconies saturated in northern light
