FMB Architects designed, documented, detailed and Project Managed these two new Food Technology Rooms at Leumeah and Condell Park High Schools.

Food has risen to an art form in Australia and these kitchen designs offer students the latest in cooking technology and equipment to begin their career in the culinary arts. To ensure that the design was relevant and beneficial, bench marking was conducted in the field to bring the best industry standards to these designs.  The kitchens have been a great success with other Schools using these kitchens as their benchmarks.
