The  Country Club Display & Promotional Building at Yowani is a modular building designed as a temporary structure for future disassembly.

The building has a steel structure and facade system that is made up of lightweight modules that can be prefabricated off-site and then transported by truck to site. Once delivered to site the buildings components can then be bolted together. This system allows for speedy construction times and the ability to dismantled and re-assembled the building at a new location in the future. A very sustainable construction method through re-use of materials and the flexibility for the owner to repurpose the building at a later date.
