FMB_Architects in collaboration with the PBS Group designed TT, as a high-end resort style development with a focus on luxury and sustainability. The resort facilities include lap & plunge pools, toilets & change rooms, BBQ & dining area and outdoor fitness park.

Currently under construction, Stage 1 is due for completion Q1 2023. 80% of the townhouses have been sold or leased and Stage 2 is due to commence Q2 2023 on an accelerated program.
